This is due to the high concentration of essential oils and irritation or potential damage that can cause the lining of the stomach difficult.
Oils are not essential aromatic liquid fat naturally in various parts of plants, herbs, flowers, fruits, woods and spices. They contain the life force of the plant and have the opportunity to strengthen our immune system's abilities and stimulate natural healing our bodies.
Like herbalism, aromatherapy uses the healing powers of the plant world. However, instead of using the whole plant, is used as essential oil.
