My cat has watery eyes, what I can do to help provide relief?
Her eyes filled with tears in one eye, no cat or redness of the eye itself, but the outside of the eye is slightly pink, which is able to eat regularly and go Poopie. When my cat had an eye problem I called the vet and they told me what to do by phone. I can not guarantee that your cat has the same problem my cat. My cat things out the eyes that sometimes put the eye closed. I would describe as a form of conjunctivitis. First a little salt should dissolve in warm water. Next get a piece of clean cotton and soak in the solution and wipe the eyes of the cats with him. Cotton wool and I always new I have not used the cotton wool in the fall container to stop the germs go everywhere. I did about three times a day. It has helped my cat at first, but was again a month later. I tried the same method did not work the second time I went to the vet and received eye drops. When I went to the vet the vet put drops in his eyes to numb the pain and looked good around the eye. The vet said that cats go outside sometimes can be things that fall into your eyes and if not you could affect your vision over time. I hope this helps to talk.
