Changing habits to help you lose weight

The old me

Not far in the distant past, I take weight. Occasionally I have to buy another pair (more) blue jeans or work, just so that I can feel at ease. The problem was more tolerant than I ate and lazy too. A typical day for me used to go this way;

• Wake up 20 minutes before having to go to work, jump in the shower, get dressed and leave.
• At work, take a tea cup with 2 teaspoons of sugar – to repeat at will throughout the day.
• Go the store at noon, you can buy whatever I felt like eating (mostly pasta pot) and wash with a delicious strawberry smoothie generic.
• Over a cup of tea to its time to go.
• Back home, stick to a meal in the microwave (usually curry) and washed with more milkshake (Nesquik is fantastic)
• Snack on cookies and chocolate all night every time I have hunger.
• Bed!
• Rinse and repeat the next day …

Looking now, no wonder I put on weight! My day was full of high calorie foods and nutrition low. The problem was that I liked the taste of everything I ate and ate anything! I dare not count the number of calories you should be in the trash! I knew something had to change my weight on the other continue to rise. The question I ask myself is what? ". The answer is always as simple as you imagine, and make healthy eating exercise.

The New Me

Here are the simple changes I made to my daily routine;

• I woke up 40 minutes before going to work and have some cereal, a glass of orange juice and toast.
• I cut the sugar in my tea. Instead of 2 teaspoons, I have a teaspoon. Gradually I got used to what I imagine before long, usually notice. I also reduce the amount of tea to drink and replaced it with flavored water.
• Now I am taking the bread and ham and canned fish to work with me so I can make a sandwich at noon today irrigated fruit cordial. After that I would go for a walk of 20 minutes – weather permitting.
• When I get home I cook fresh food, usually bolognese or Parmentier – ensure that the size portions are not too large. I replaced milk shakes with a glass of skim milk.
• I do not buy many as chocolates and biscuits. However now I can buy yogurt and fruit, so when I'm feeling a little hungry I eat one of these in place.

Well there you have it! The changes that I can not seem important, but the difference they have made is incredible. When it seems to me I could fill it with exercise to improve my weight loss even more. Well, with the summer comes, That I could do it!
