The immune system consists of components from different parts of the body including organs, bone marrow cells, antibodies and chemicals and nutrients that help nourish and generate them. This is a list of the Top Ten of supplements to help maintain strong healthy immune system.

Recent studies show it can increase the number of white blood cells and therefore increase our ability to fight bacteria and viruses. It also stimulates the lymphatic system to clear wastes.

Acidophilus – the beneficial bacteria inhabit the human digestive system. He is best known for the return of normal body functions after a course of antibiotics, by reintroducing good bacteria in the colon. It acts as a mild antibiotic, and regular use can replace harmful bacteria in the colon (or vagina in women, where acidophilus is also used to treat yeast infections).

Coenzyme-Q10-Q10 is made in the body and works with other enzymes to support bioenergetic functions of the body. It seems to act as a mild stimulant of the immune system. It has been shown to help lower blood pressure and strengthen the action pumping and the heart's electrical function. It can also improve energy efficiency in the production of heart muscle cells.

thymus gland – These are derived from glands of animals, and is thought to provide the basic nutrients such as amino acids, oils and vitamins.
