Interviewer: I was so impressed by his talent and depth of knowledge and ability to help people really change their lives and things have changed since then, have not, which has now developed its own methodology HGE is called a final breakthrough or progress or development could be a more appropriate word I think the NLP, and is really fascinating to me because I believe that NLP has made world a great service, but at least it seems to have stopped growing, but I think what he is doing is really cool and Jonathan I see a faster way to change really all these desires that we as human beings in health and relationships, money, business and so it is very, very fascinating subject that has written a book – which are now essentially or talk about this book really HGE. We will go directly to, why not start with Jonathan a brief history of what NLP was and why he became involved, then this began to fail, which leads to its own participation HGE.
Jonathan: Well there's an old adage that people in personal development, whether out of desperation or inspiration and I found someone who is inspired to do so. I was the shy child's asthma and ulcers specky ulcer at the time I was sixteen because I was so afraid to talk to people, and I took this title because my brother has studied psychology and have read all these books and found it fascinating. If I could burn a whole in the stomach with my brain that I could do was a bit more useful?
And then I began to learn all these things for me – I got into personal development, and found a lot of these things was very aware techniquey very, very nice … you have to force yourself to do it, it was like statements, you say "You're happy you're happy" when the other side of the brain was screaming to you that you are not happy at all.
So I began to see Neuro Linguistic Programming, NLP, Hypnosis Coaching, Feng Shui, energy work, a lot of people who had heard a kind of yy esoteric discipline, in fact, if you look at people of all important personal changes, all the big names that all look alike with a particular aspect esoteric spirituality and intrigued me – I thought maybe I'm missing something, maybe there is a side of life, I know nothing about, I never see such things, In fact, I poo'd shit.
I have found NLP to be very practical in their hands, can read and use the same day – you can set phobias in less than an hour, can remove the nerves, can people trust, you can change the beliefs, can do wonderful amazing things in a very short period of time really flew my mind – the ulcer disappear, my asthma is gone, I'm fit and healthy, she began caring for my physical body, completely changed careers.
Interviewer: Very good and it's made by oneself.
Jonathan: incredibly powerful self-work, and I've never seen fail, I had never seen the work of NLP and my enthusiasm has taken off like a house on fire and started sharing with people, I started to run seminars on the weekends, I started working with people and because I I did not know I could not work it always has. After two years working with the locals, and is currently working with the nerves and phobias review and trust me, drastic changes in people, things you would not believe, changes in health transformation, I thought that one day someone asks me reality could a certificate or diploma and because my experience has been in financial services, I strongly believe in this sort of thing, I just thought I have to go to form.
Then I discovered that the problems come with the students and instructors were unable to rescue them, the coaches did not field experience, were textbook perfect, but had never worked with people in the real world, if I had to keep rescuing people because I had done for two years, and really a huge me Convince my ability, and I was surprised and a little disappointed with the names of the homes in the area were not really up, I think he coined a phrase "Always never a coach, therapist, "I could not speak, there are many people out there textbook, but when it comes to real world application, simply have not had the ribs for him.

I then decided that I will start my own business and make it to one side, build, and then possibly go independent. I did, my income doubled immediately after two months I was working half the time, and I had always been taught that no self in the first two years and that fail within the next two years. I help people and do something that I was born to do and I'm almost done since. Now, I looked at things that I was training and thought this has to grow and evolve, there are certain things that most of the areas of personal development has not, or there are some holes or gaps I have been connected in some and now I want to take place in the world.
Interviewer: Okay, so now we know what is HGE and maybe you can preface by saying that the missing links that have been frustrating you.
Jonathan: Well, what happens more often with the technical skills based on what is often missing the heart, there is often a sort of human aspect, and become very cold and calculating and very nice logic and common sense to many people is not enough, many people NLP systems are very academic and guidance and how things work, however, something to give you the full balance if you really want to succeed in all areas that need to include a more humane world how they call it. . holistically, then there must be some kind of higher purpose, there must be some kind of creativity or inspiration behind it.
It also excludes people who wanted a more spiritual experience, in general, if you look at the disciplines of the mind there not going to be very conscious academic logic will be very friendly or spiritual, esoteric and most people fall into one or, what I wanted do was to fill the gap and explain why both parties benefit.
So NLP has been around for a very long time, but does not develop and change even I think there are too many cliques, politics and too many people who supported the original inventors were not enough and makes it easy to use and what is advertising.

Jonathan: For those of us who want balance and success and want to "succeed" rather than simply survive "then there is a kind of four areas that you need to see, there are four aspects of you, have a spiritual aspect, has a mental aspect, you have an emotional and physical looks, and if thou dost not one of these areas of your life. . . he'll bite! It's as simple as that, people who have money, toys, things that they want to play, the environment, the bank account, foreign affairs and all tangible material things that are great, but not only for its own account. Ideally, they also want the ability to understand their own emotions and be able to change your emotions, not overloading the hassle and trauma of the past, ideal to change that and let go, so the ability to think flexibly and creatively, so that you can think outside the box and think laterally and solve their problems, and must also be free to choose their esoteric spirituality or development or whatever way you want to track. I think we have four God and the rights not to feed and maintain, at the end is what comes into your life as a problem.
I think that's the key I think that understanding HGE enables you to understand all the practice in other disciplines, procedures, process, all other logy "there.
