It is so important recognize the negative effects of refining, processing, burning and convenience of handling many of our foods today. One reason that many people are tired because they choose to eat foods that can not be digested and absorbed. On the contrary, they become waste, turns to toxins and poisons, and causes a lack energy.

Your body is a wonderful plant nutritional needs and maintain constant and what you eat is directly related to their thinking, feeling and acting. Every cell in your body is changing – growing, living then die. The transition of cells to give you the opportunity to re-generate the healthy tissue, change your life and eating habits.

The power supply suitable for your blood can be provided in three ways …

Oxygen 1 – Through deep breathing fresh air.

2 – The consumption of natural foods.

3 – Thanks to drink plenty of water.

Food provides energy and essential nutrients to your body … carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, trace elements and vitamins. Balance is very important to prevent the development of diseases, some fatal. A diet composed of the nerve essential vitamins, minerals, blood capacity, stimulation of the glands of hormone-fed protein and unsaturated fatty acids will give you a good nutritional health.

Enzymes offer a key to longevity, because aids in digestion and absorption of food. Sun-ripened fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, seed sprouts, dried herbs all give you more energy. Fruits and vegetables are a natural and pure food full of essential goodness. The fruit is a natural cleanser and vegetables build and revitalize your body.

Avoid … sugar alcohol, coffee, tea, hydrogenated fats, excess animal fat, fried, burnt gold, refined or processed foods with additives. Eat organic foods … first fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils. Drink at least 6 of pure water, diluted juice, herbs and fruit infusions per day. Supplement your diet with quality, organic, high strength liquid multivitamin / mineral or powder. And the kitchen as possible.
