Is it safe to put a few drops of peppermint essential oil into the trough of the dog?
I wonder if it's good for the digestion of dogs as people, or can be toxic to dogs, she has a sensitive stomach and has had diarrhea before the veterinarian tried and tested in the past. Still seems to have a chance of diarrhea, but is lightweight and occasionally if the thought of mint can be useful. Still readily available alternatives to solve belly occasionally seems like a good idea.
There were, in some supplements for dogs .. but why use it if the dog is not it? I say it's great for the abdomen, as in the pain of the dog, etc. but not "see the need to complete unless there is a problem.:)
