If you used a nasal irrigation (washing) of sinus problems, please read and respond?
I had sinus problems all my life. I used to have insurance and I would go to the doctor every time he erupted. In general, I had a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics Now, especially some pain and sinus pressure and headache, but nothing like I used to have. I think I have a sinus infection now. I have no insurance now, so I can not go see a doctor and can not receive antibiotics. Someone suggested a nasal irrigation kit. (I recently become addicted to nasal spray counter and I would get it, without suffering.) bought the NeilMed sinus rinse. Read full prospectus. I followed all the steps and everything that happened, as the brochure said that, except for what I felt afterwards. I read anything anywhere and I was wondering if anyone else has felt or can know what it does. After rinsing, I dizziness like my head was "swimming." This lasted for hours. Afraid I have to try again. Has anyone feel? Any idea why?
As my mother was a public RN RN, has had to resort to the old ways of solving many diseases because people were too poor in the mountains of the chain Blue Ridge. She vowed to buy the hot water and salt treatment sinus infections and to date, is the only way I can get a real relief. I agree with other readers who responded about breaking the ears for the release of pressure. In fact, Oprah the other week, showed a regular doctor demonstration and said it was best and safest way to remove a sinus infection. But do not breathe too much into it, let it flow on one side and the other side by bending neck. Also, if you use cold water, he says, you get a sense that hot water and then drowning not hot, not cold.
