Recovery of the flux liquid for producing galvanized metal plate?
I have a chemical problem to produce Galvanized Steel
sheet with the following flux :
Flux: (Sp.Gr. = 1.45, density = 40 ),
(4.5 < PH < 5, Temp. = 50 C)
ZnCl2 42.5 %
NH4Cl 7.5 %
H2O 50 %
(The desired concentration of the metal ion is 1.3 gr/lit )
For the recovery of the flux I want to use industrial H2O2.
But I don’t know the concentration and
the amount of H2O2 needed for recovery of the flux ?
