Have you ever tried tea bags for sore nipples?
I read in What to Expect that wetting tea bags and putting them on sore nipples helps. Does it really? Would decaffeinated tea have the same healing properties?
yes it works! it helps soothe AND heal. regular lipton tea bags stick them in a little water, nuke for 20-30 seconds, squeeze, let cool some so it wont burn your nipples… i use a clean old sock to shield the bag away from my bra and i can leave them sit and not have to hold them in place… 10-15min will do the trick. i did it 1-2x a day and rinsed the tea off afterwards…
its great, it stings just a teeny at first then it feels great…
