What do you think fish oil? for anxiety?
Theres one here, everyone shower, take fish oil for depression / anxiety / and above all fish oil is good for the heart, CoQ10 is so, but not fish oil for all, so check with your doctor first ok? I've been taking fish oil for 8 months and no postive results on an aunt who swears Q! CO 0 for the heart, better than fish oil What do you think? More St. John's wort for depression is better, I think
Hello pot, I'm the man that has told everyone to take fish oil. If read my answers, I'll not recommended for all. I only recommended for the things I truly believe that someone can help. In my case, I have received the benefits taking fish oil includes all of the following: 1) Complete remission of all symptoms of depression 2) Complete remission of all generalized anxiety symptoms 3) complete cessation of all attacks of panic and anxiety 4) Strong increase in emotional stability 5) Strong increase in clarity mental concentration and 6) the blood lipid profile much better – total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and 7) a significant reduction in recovery time the hangover
